Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail new and used RVs for display and sale
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Assist with various tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the dealership premises..
- Assist with the organization of the RV inventory.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on RVs, such as checking tire pressure and battery levels.
- Monitor the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership lot and showroom.
- Communicate with Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of RVs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve knowledge and skills.
- Uphold ethical standing when moving customer units.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the RV industry
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to events and off-site locations as needed.
As a RV Wash crew, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide exceptional cleanilness.
