CAT Scale Company is growing rapidly and is looking to add a full-time Phone Technician to the team! Customer service is our top priority. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual seeking to grow with a stable, family-owned company that offers a diverse range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and log all resolutions.
- Troubleshoot questions regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues from customers throughout the United States and Canada
- Assigned special projects as needed
- Call the locations of CAT Scales throughout the United States and Canada to continue service and repairs as needed.
- Assist drivers in signing up for a Weigh My Truck account.
- Communicate with various departments within the CAT Scale Company.
- Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
- Shift flexibility performing services for a 24/7 Help Desk
Work schedule will include (4) shifts 2pm-10pm and Sundays 8am-4pm
