Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our patients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure smooth meal service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Shift is 11AM-7PM Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
