St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA is currently seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2nd shift (2PM-10PM). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Caring and compassionate nature.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position working the 2nd shift from 2PM-10PM.
