Training Location: Pipestone, MN

PIPESTONE is expanding our warehouse operations into Sioux Falls, SD, and we’re looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our Order Fulfillment team! This is an exciting opportunity to train in Pipestone and be part of the launch of our brand-new warehouse.
Position Objective
This individual is responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders in a timely and efficient manner. Work independently to accurately prepare orders for shipment and clearly communicate between departments to provide the best possible service to PIPESTONE customers. This is a fast-paced, high-energy work environment providing animal health supplies to farmers across the United States.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders
- Understand and utilize SAGE and ScanForce systems
- Inventory management through scanning, tracking, and reporting discrepancies
- Follow established processes, procedures, and bio-security requirements
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and demonstrate strong time management
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments
Qualifications & Education
- High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
- Warehouse experience preferred; leadership experience a plus but not required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- High-paced, high-energy warehouse environment
- Standing and walking for 8–10 hours per day
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
- Frequent lifting of 0–50 lbs
- Occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs
- Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment that may be loud
- Friendly, energetic atmosphere with strong team unity
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Forklift operation
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to attend and participate in meetings
- Projects as assigned
