Job Description
Maintenance/Transportation Director
2-5 years maintenance experience
2 years supervisory experience preferred
General experience or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, vehicles, and standard maintenance
Experience in managing building systems, structural repairs, vehicle fleet and preventative maintenance
Ability to lead a team, manage vendors and oversee maintenance budgets
Ability to interact professionally with individuals, staff, inspectors, vendors and the public
Act as a leader during emergency situations and ensure that safety equipment is operational
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Must pass a background check for criminal and abuse history,
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the job as verified through a physical upon hire and every four years
thereafter with a TB test prior to hire.
Must be able to pass a lift test.
