Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the recipes and quality standards set by the restaurant
• Assist with the setting up and stocking of stations for the shift
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
