What You’ll Do
As a Lifeguard at Elmcrest, you’ll do more than monitor the pool — you’ll help create a safe and enjoyable experience for our members and their guests.
- Actively supervise pool areas to ensure swimmer safety
- Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies
- Provide first aid and CPR/AED when needed
- Enforce pool rules professionally and consistently
- Perform routine safety checks of pool and rescue equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized pool deck
- Deliver friendly, member-focused service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Strong swimming and rescue skills
- Ability to stay alert and proactive
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred (but not required for strong candidates)
