Leasing Agent – Chateau Knoll Apartments
Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00/hour + Commissions!
Are you a people-person with a passion for real estate and customer service? Chateau Knoll Apartments is looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team! You’ll play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next home while supporting the success of our community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leasing & Marketing: Conduct apartment tours, highlight community features, and support off-site marketing efforts.
- Property Presentation: Ensure model units and common areas are clean, welcoming, and visually appealing.
- Compliance & Documentation: Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Resident & Office Support: Keep files and reports organized and up to date.
- Financial Transactions: Collect rent and deposits, and manage bank deposits.
- Customer Service: Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Resident Retention: Assist with lease renewals and build strong resident relationships.
- Maintenance Coordination: Submit work orders and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Leasing experience preferred; AppFolio knowledge is a plus.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, polished appearance, and a service-first mindset.
