Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter our facility
- Efficiently manage reservations and lane assignments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless experience for all patrons
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Passion for bowling and providing top-notch guest experiences
- 16 or older
